My health - Rafaela

I am a healthy person. I practise a lot of physical exercise, I avoid eating too much sweets and I have a balanced diet. I drink a lot of water and eat much fruit. I don't like fast food nor soda drinks.
I go to the doctor regularly and I'm careful with my daily hygiene.
In order to be healthy, everybody should do exercise. People mustn't eat too much sweets and eat fried food. They have to drink a lot of water. I think teenagers should sleep more hours and shouldn't smoke.
