My health – Marta

My name’s Marta, I’m 14 years old and I live in Vila nova de Cerveira.
I’m very healthy because I have a varied and balanced alimentation. I also like eating chocolates very much although I know that I mustn’t abuse.
I also do exercise but I know I should practise even more. I love rollerblading and I know that I must be careful. I don’t like to be stopped.
People should do like me: have a balanced diet and practise sports to be healthy.
