My health – Maria

My name’s Maria, I’m 14 years old and I live in Vila nova de Cerveira.
I’m very healthy because I practice sports. I love rollerblading, swimming and biking. My alimentation is healthy too. Everybody’s diet should be balanced and people should do more sports.
Sometimes I’m a bit stressed but that’s only when I have a test.
