The eating disorders are responsible for higher mortality rates. The vast majority of those suffering from eating disorders are adolescents and young women. One of the main reasons why young people suffer from anorexia is because they want to be stylish and so they go on strict diets. In the past people considered that only girls suffered from eating disorders but it has been proven that boys are also affected. The most common eating diseases are anorexia and bulimia.
