In my opinion, to have a good way of life it is necessary to be with our friends, we should avoid solitude and stress and we should meet new people. We must feel well with ourselves.
In order to be well, people should go to the doctor regularly, we should do physical exercise, we have to have a balanced diet and we should sleep the sufficient to recover energies spend during the day. We shouldn´t smoke, drink alcohol or use drugs.
People should go more often to green spaces and essentially do what they like most.
