At the doctor’s – Catarina and Raquel

Doctor - Good afternoon.
Pacient - Good afternoon.
Doctor - What's the matter?
Pacient - I feel awful. I've got a headache and a temperature.
Doctor - Probably, you have got a cold.
Pacient - Ohhh, no.
Doctor - Well, take an antibiotic.
Pacient - Thank you.
Doctor - Good afternoon.
Pacient - Good afternoon.

Happy New Year!

Hi Folks, welcome to 2009! The second term is about to begin and I really hope it's going to be productive and fun. As you already know, the first term marks have been quite positive. Most of you have worked very well and are now able to communicate better in English. Others haven't already achieved the mark which they are capable to get, but it's only a question of time and a little more efford. Two or three of you haven't really worked enough to get over your difficulties. From those I really expect a different attitude! I can tell you that if you start working now it's going to be easy to learn some English and to get a positive mark by the end of this term. I will try to be more attentive to your difficulties and try to make things more attractive and fun for you to learn.

Unfortunately it wasn't popssible to perform the christmas carol we had rehearsed for the Christmas Show at the sports hall. To make up for this faillure I thought about presenting a theatre play at Easter. What do you think? Are you in? I think it's going to be fun!

Well, and that's all for now. We are starting a new unit next friday, it's about computers and information technologies. I'm expecting texts on this issue to publish here in the blog. Start working!
